  • Cancellation before access:

    • If you cancel before accessing the premium content, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Cancellation after access:

    • Once you have accessed or downloaded premium content, no refund will be issued.

3. Technical Issues

  • If you are charged for a course or subscription but cannot access the content due to a technical error on our side, we will verify the issue and issue a full refund if the problem is not resolved within 3 business days.

4. Duplicate Payment

  • If you are accidentally charged twice for the same course/subscription, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days after verification.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Please note that payment gateway transaction fees, if any, may be non-refundable as per the gateway provider’s policy.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any one-time services, downloadable materials, or special offers are non-refundable once accessed or availed.
